PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.
Perfection In Bloom does not guaranty Product availability. Since all florals are ' ONE OF A KIND' once an item has been sold there wilkl be no duplicates of that item.
For non floral items, even with daily updates there may be instances where an item may be unavailable. In these instances we will issue a refund in the purchase price of the unavailable item. Out of stock or back ordered items usually will be available in about 3 weeks. In the instance that you order an item that has been discontinued, we will try to offer you a comperable item.
SHIPPING
Perfection In Bloom takes great pride in the products we offer. To insure that quality is what you receive, great care is taken in packaging your merchandise. Unfortunately there is no way to insure that every product will arrive in perfection. Items should reach you within 8 to 10 business days.
RETURNS
NOTE; ALL RETURNS ARE TIME SENSITIVE, and must be returned within 30 days of receipt with the exceptions of LEATHER which is 10 days from receipt and JEWELRY which is 7 days from receipt. YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED IF IT IS OUTSIDE OF THESE GIVEN DATES.
We are not responsible for shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise. We will gladly pay the shipping charges to send a replacement product if an incorrect, damaged, or defective item has been received, however ALL return charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee will apply to those items returned which are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. This fee ranges from 0 to 20% of the item purchase price, but will depend on the item returned.
NOTE; To be sure that all returns get proper credit, we recommend that customers use either UPS or USPS. In addition we recommend that customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. Contact your local carrier for information on confirmation receipts, or signatures needed..
Perfection In Bloom reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual on the basis of previous claims filed.
All returns must include the original package containing the merchandise received and we ask that the merchandise be returned in the same box it was received in with same packaging materials used in the original shipping of the merchandise. All returns must arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. Top quality packaging is used to insure the protection of our customers merchandise while in transit.
Any order not processed correctly due to any reason including credit card rejection, or a server error on the website will result in the item not being shipped.
